ABOUT THE ARTIST
Born and raised in the vibrant culture of South Louisiana, Amy Boudreaux expresses a little Cajun spirit in everything she creates. Amy works from her home studio, Studio Boudreaux, located in Austin, Texas.
Amy is a painter and singer-songwriter, who worked as a scenic artist for TV and film for over a decade. Now retired from scenic work, Amy focuses her expression on fine art and murals.
Inspired by the movement, color, and rhythms of nature, her work captures fleeting moments that become lasting memories, capable of transporting us back to a specific place and time. The patterns and textures echoed throughout the natural world remind us that we are deeply interconnected, each part of a larger story woven through all living things.
With a palette as vibrant and expressive as the world that inspires her, Amy Boudreaux invites viewers into a place of color, curiosity, and wonder. Here, every hue carries a memory, every brushstroke tells a story, and every painting offers an invitation to pause, reflect, and connect.
Through solo and group exhibitions in Louisiana, Tennessee, and Texas, Amy’s work has reached collectors around the world and is represented in both private and corporate collections.
